The hotel is luxurious and fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the room had exclusive amenities and was very comfortable. the bar and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the location was perfect, with many museums, parks, and restaurants just a short walk away. The private facilities were also exclusive and exceeded my expectations. Cons: the service was a bit slow at times, but this was only a minor issue and did not detract from the overall experience.

As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the attentive staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs. The suite was well-equipped and the hotel provided a food and beverage credit, which added value to our stay. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions such as the Albert Hall and South Kensington.

The room we were initially assigned was outdated and in poor condition, with damp walls and falling apart opposite the entrance. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and relocated us to a beautifully refurbished room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with two tube stations nearby and easy access to South Kensington. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. the staff was generally helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located near Royal Albert Hall. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room with amenities like Dyson fan and complimentary water. Good WiFi signal. a pleasant stay.

Gym suitable for 1 or 2 people. Bright and ample room. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent location near museums, tube and shops. Free newspapers in the lobby for guests to read.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist destinations. It was just a short walk from South Kensington tube station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. We were also close to the museums, allowing us to delve into art and history. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, such as a well-equipped bathroom and tea making facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist us. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

One downside was that the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which caused occasional inconvenience and noise disturbances.

We were disappointed with a couple of aspects during our stay. our room was smaller than expected, which is understandable for UK standards, but it was a bit cramped for our liking.

As I checked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and refreshing drink. Later on, I had a minor issue with my room, but the front desk fixed it within 5 minutes and even extended my check-out time as a token of apology. I had a fantastic stay at this Curio Collection hotel thanks to their accommodating attitude.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the gym was quite small and had limited equipment, which was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel location between two underground stations, close to the nice areas in this city. The hotel facilities are very nice, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is in a lovely area.
